Review of the Mirage Hotel Las Vegas
I recently visited Las Vegas and stayed at the Mirage. This property is owned by the MGM and it is a neat property. I would say overall the stay was excellent. The standard room is much bigger than their private floor rooms, with the exception of suites. The Secret Garden is a must see. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Continue reading
The Old Glories of the Hotel Green
Nothing was quite so stunning as Old Pasadena’s Hotel Green. The hotel would come to accommodate not just throngs of wintering families from the East, but also the famous Valley Hunt Club. The Valley Hunt Club, or course, was the organization that initiated the now world famous Tournament of Roses Parade. Fitting that the Hotel Green would spawn the Rose Parade; from green to roses.
