If anytime in the future you are planning to visit the city of Miami you probably want to at least check out some of these attractions. You are probably aware the Miami is one of the most popular destinations for travel in the world. You can do so many things there. #1 Miami Children’s Museum – This is a museum that has fun for all ages. They have exhibits in various languages as well as activities and classes.
#2 Miami Art Museum – Art from as early as the forties. This place is a great place to so see some beautiful sculptures as well as paintings and photography.
#3 Vizcaya Museum and Gardens – This was the winter get away for John Deering in 1914. They have the main house kept up and it contains much of the original art and furniture. There is also a large 10 acre spread which includes gardens and restored buildings.
#4 Miami Seaquarium – In business since 1955 this is the original studio for the famous Flipper show. They offer dolphine swimming where you actually get in with them. They also have displays and exhibits that you can enjoy.
#5 Offshore Rockets – Miami Vice personell will teach you all about the jet powered boats of the area. You will get to learn all kinds of neat things.
#6 South Beach – Well a whole article could be written on South Beach, right? If you don’t know they have the best clubs, and crazy life at night. It is also a beautiful area and neighborhood.
#7 Art Deco Historic District – If you are insterested in historic buildings this would be the place to go. This is one square mile packed with about 800 historical buildings that have all been restored to their original beauty.
#8 Little Havana – Sights, sounds and tastes of the country Cuba, minus the Cigars. This is a real authentic area, make sure if you go you catch some food.
#9 Miami Nice Tours – This group offers tours of various things around Miami. You can go snorkeling take a day tour of the Everglades and go see the beautiful Key West.
#10 Island Queen – A boat tour of the Biscayne Bay. You can get a great experience and narrated tour from the Island Queen.
